Salary negotiation is an art. It requires that you do your homework on what the market trends are while also considering geographical locations and your worth and value to the organization. Manage your expectations and never be the first to name a figure. NACE Salary Survey

Know your worth! Enter the job search and salary negotiation processes with concrete data. The National Association of Colleges and Employers surveys hundreds of colleges and universities from around the country to collect data on entry-level salaries for both undergraduate and graduate students. These numbers are available by major, functional areas, and employer type. Abbreviated results are posted here. The complete, quarterly report is available in the Career Resource Center (Math/Psych 212).

Also included is exclusive insider information on more than 5000 companies, salary information, plus career advice articles and message boards.
