UMBCworks, part of the NACElink Network, is UMBC's centralized, online recruitment system. Post all of your open full- and part-time positions online for UMBC students and alumni to view. Posting Internships & Co-ops
By combining classroom study with on-the-job experience, students earn academic credit, grasp the link between theory and practice, and learn valuable job-related habits and skills. At the same time, employers have a chance to bring talented and energetic UMBC students into their organization, develop future leaders, and evaluate potential new employees. At UMBC, internships and co-ops are managed by The Shriver Center.
On-Campus Interviews
Interview pre-screened UMBC students conveniently on-campus! Using UMBCworks, you can request a schedule, post your position(s), collect resumes, pre-screen candidates, and view your schedule. CSC handles all the logistics of this free recruitment service, including arranging for your use of a private interview room in the Career Center.
