Sabira comes to UMBC with over 15 years of career advising/counseling, management and training experience, both internationally and within the US. She served as the Director of a Career Center at a private liberal arts institution in MD for 7 years. Other experience includes Directing an Advice Agency in the UK as well as employment/internship advising and distance counseling on career development issues.
Enjoys working with students in discerning their vocation, and creating new initiatives, as well as project management and international education. |
